Oh no! Disaster has just happened. I misplaced my keys within my car. Now, I'm completely helpless. I've tried all the tricks, but nothing seems to work.
Can anyone please give me some advice? I'm desperate. Any help would be very much welcomed.

Being locked out of/separated from/deprived access to my house/apartment/residence is one thing, but being unable to get into/shut out from/barred by both my home and car/dwelling and vehicle/shelter and transportation? That's a recipe for disaster/full-blown nightmare/total catastrophe!. I feel completely helpless/utterly lost/extremely vulnerable right now. My phone battery is dying/possessions are locked inside/plans are falling apart, and I have no idea what to do next/how to proceed/where to turn.
Besieged Outside with No Way In
It was/had been/began a wonderful day until it all went sour. I was/had been/am currently enjoying a pleasant afternoon hiking/strolling/exploring in the forest when I realized/discovered/noticed that the path/trail/route behind me/I had taken was gone/missing/vanished. Panic/Fear started/set in as I looked around/scanned my surroundings/examined the area but could not/was unable to find/locate/discover any sign of a way out/exit/passage. I click here was totally stuck/trapped/isolated.
It's now/currently getting darker/late and I am/feel increasingly/more and more worried/scared/concerned about what to do/take. I have my phone/a flashlight/some water but it's unlikely/doubtful/improbable that anyone will be able to/capable of finding me in time.
Perhaps I should/Maybe I could/I wonder if I can signal for help/build a shelter/find a source of food. It's a long shot/an uncertain gamble/a desperate attempt but it's the best/only/remaining option I have.

Reaching out to a locksmith is the {only option at this point, but it's going to {cost me an arm and a leg . Perhaps I should just get in the habit of carrying|begin carrying a spare key with me from now on.
